We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Staff Member to support the day-to-day operations of our school. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills, with a professional attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front-desk operations, phone calls, and visitor inquiries
- Maintain student and staff records, files, and documentation
- Assist with admission procedures, scheduling, and coordination
- Support school management with administrative tasks and reporting
- Manage correspondence, emails, and office supplies
- Coordinate meetings, events, and staff communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Prior administrative or office experience (school experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
