We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Staff Member to support the day-to-day operations of our school. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills, with a professional attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front-desk operations, phone calls, and visitor inquiries
  • Maintain student and staff records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with admission procedures, scheduling, and coordination
  • Support school management with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and office supplies
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and staff communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Prior administrative or office experience (school experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
